After your purchase, there should be a message in your profile letting you know the order is now pending. Depending on shop the cashback amount will be returned anytime between 3-30 days.

You can always check on your order status by viewing your profile page. You can view your profile by opening it on the right circle of this website in the top header section. You can also check manually by going to https://cashback.stai.global/members/YOUR_LOGIN_NAME/profile/.

From there you will find everything you need to know about your purchase orders. Additionally you can make edits your account, like the profile picture, STAI receiving address, and other details. Check it out!

We make a one (1) monthly payout to you after building up at least 25 € or $ in your cashback balance. At the payout period, we will send the cashback balance to the STAI wallet set up in your profile account.
